摘要
我国沿海地区多为海相软土地基,为了满足城市发展规划,常需要在软土地基上进行施工。加固PHC桩是一种应用于加固海相软土地基的方法,压浆效果能有效提高PHC桩的单桩承载力,从而有效提高地基稳定性。但压浆用的浆液通常为普通水泥浆,经济环保效益差。研究主要介绍了一种固废基地聚合物新型浆料,并对施工技术进行了优化,经改进后的压浆加固PHC桩施工工艺,有效解决原技术成本高、效果不佳等问题,并给出了具体改进的施工工艺流程。
Most coastal areas in our country have marine soft soil foundations.In order to meet urban development plans,construction often needs to be carried out on soft soil foundations.Strengthening PHC piles is a method applied to reinforce marine soft soil foundation,and the grouting effect can effectively improve the single pile bearing capacity of PHC piles,thereby effectively improving the stability of the foundation.But the slurry used for grouting is usually ordinary cement slurry,which has poor economic and environmental benefits.The study mainly introduces a new type of polymer slurry for solid waste base,and optimizes the construction technology.The improved grouting reinforcement PHC pile construction process effectively solves the problems of high cost and poor effect of the original technology,and provides specific improved construction process flow.
