摘要
多元化逐渐成为世界文化新的发展趋势之一,为教育领域提供了新的文化源泉。在此背景下,我国的音乐教育突破了以往单一的西方音乐文化的桎梏,逐步融合世界多元音乐文化,不断提升音乐教育的文化价值。为实现多元文化视域下音乐教育的创新性发展,本文通过探究多元文化视域下音乐教育的内在机理与多维互动,进而从音乐课程、师资队伍、教育环境、激励机制四方面出发,提出音乐教育的创新发展路径。
Diversity has gradually become one of the new development trends in world culture,provi-ding a new cultural source for the education.In this context,China's music education has broken through the shackles of the previous western-centered music culture,gradually integrating diverse music cultures around the world,and continuously enhancing the cultural value of music education.In order to achieve innovative development of music education from a multicultural perspective,the article explores the internal mechanism and multidimensional interaction of music education from a multicultural perspec-tive,and then proposes innovative development paths to music education from four aspects:music curric-ulum,teaching staff,educational environment,and awarding.
