摘要
旅游节是西藏重要的旅游业态。知名旅游节已经成为西藏旅游产业发展的重要拉动力,新兴的特色旅游节也具有较大的发展潜力。西藏旅游节高质量发展的关键问题是:多元主体诉求的有效协同、公益性和盈利性目的平衡、节事活动内容吸引力的提升、社会资本参与积极性的提高。西藏旅游节要实现高质量发展需要做好整体规划,建设旅游节聚集区;打造差异品牌,创新节事活动内容;拓展消费空间,协同实现双重目标;优化办节机制,发挥各类主体优势;线上线下并举,构建立体推广体系。
The tourism festival is an important tourism activities in Xizang.The well-known tourism festivals have become an important driving force and the special tourism festivals have great potential in the development of Xizang tourism industry.The key issues for high-quality development of Xizang tourism festival are effective coordination out of diverse demands,balance between public welfare and profitability goals,improvement of activity content and social capital participation.For the high-quality development of Xizang tourism festival,it is expected to do a good job in overall planning to build tourism festival gathering areas,to create differentiated brands and festival activities,to expand consumption space to achieve dual goals through collaboration,to optimize the mechanism for organizing festivals to le-verage the advantages of various entities,and to combine online with offline efforts to build a three-di-mensional promotion system.
