“双碳”背景下严寒地区低能耗建筑设计研究

摘要 在“碳达峰、碳中和”背景下,低能耗建筑对设计手段及方法提出更高的要求。将现有成熟的能耗模拟技术运用到低能耗建筑设计中,通过分析整理、研究形成多种方案,降低低能耗建筑设计难度。以某校绿色低能耗示范工程项目为蓝本,利用现有成熟的模拟软件对建筑能耗进行精确分析,结合示范工程前期研究成果辅以建设成本因素,将低能耗建筑图表化,极大地节约了低能耗建筑设计成本。 In the context of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,low-energy buildings put forward higher requirements for design methods and techniques.The existing mature energy consumption simulation technology is applied to the design of low-energy buildings,and a variety of schemes are formed through analysis and research to reduce the difficulty of low-energy building design.Based on the green and low-energy demonstration project of the university,the existing mature simulation software is used to accurately analyze the energy consumption of the building,combined with the preliminary research results of the demonstration project and supplemented by the construction cost factor,the low-energy building is graphed,which greatly saves the design cost of the low-energy building.
