受限空间地下室单侧支模施工技术应用分析

Application analysis of single-sided formwork construction technology for confined space basements

摘要 结合深圳某超高层住宅项目工程实例,针对肥槽由于空间狭窄导致施工受限等实际情况,采用一种在支护桩植筋的方式以做穿墙螺栓拉结的单侧模板体系,有效解决了地下室外墙施工中传统支模方案受限于施工空间导致无法施工等存在的问题,并对主要施工工艺原理及技术进行阐述分析。通过在实际工程中的有效应用,单侧支模施工技术具备良好的支模技术效果,缩短工期,保证了地下室外墙施工质量要求等优势,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。 Based on an engineering example of a super high-rise residential project in Shenzhen,a single-sided formwork system was adopted to address the practical situation of limited construction due to the narrow space of the fertilizer trough.A reinforcement planting method was used in the support pile to create a through wall bolt tie,effectively solving the problem of traditional formwork schemes being limited by the construction space during the construction of the basement exterior wall.The main construction process principles and technologies were explained and analyzed.Through effective application in practical engineering and comparative analysis with traditional formwork support schemes,the application of single-sided formwork construction technology has good formwork support technology effects,shortens the construction period,ensures the quality requirements of basement exterior wall construction,and can provide reference for other similar projects.
