基于模糊综合评价的高速铁路选线研究

摘要 高铁选线是一个多目标、多属性的复杂决策问题。传统线路方案比选一般将经济指标作为衡量线路选线的主要影响因素。依托济滨高速铁路项目,认真分析影响济滨高铁越黄段线路选线的多种主要因素,并基于模糊综合评价构建济滨高铁越黄段线路方案的评价指标体系,最终依托加权平均算法完成线路方案的综合评价与优选。基于模糊综合评价的高速铁路选线模型可以弥补一般高速铁路选线的主观性、单一性缺点,同时表明该评价模型具有较强的实用性、合理性和科学性,可为类似工程项目选线提供一定的参考和借鉴价值。 The route selection of high-speed railway is a complex decision-making problem with multiple objectives and attributes.In the traditional route scheme comparison,economic indicators are typically used as the main factors to measure the route selection.Based on the Jibin high-speed railway project,this paper carefully analyzes the main factors affecting the route selection of Jibin high-speed railway crossing the Yellow River.And based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation index system of Jibin high-speed railway crossing the Yellow River section is constructed.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation and optimization of line schemes are completed by means of weighted average algorithm.The high-speed railway route selection model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can make up for the shortcomings of subjectivity and singleness of general high-speed railway route selection.At the same time,it shows that the evaluation model has strong practicability,rationality and scientificity,which can provide certain reference and referential value for route selection of similar projects.
