数字化技术在工程测量中的应用

摘要 随着建筑工程的复杂性和规模不断增加,传统测量方法已难以满足现代施工项目对精度和效率的要求。文章通过分析某大型商业综合体项目,探讨数字化技术在工程测量中的应用及其优势。该项目包含多栋高层建筑、地下停车场和公用设施,技术要求高且施工周期长。研究涵盖了地面激光扫描(TLS)、多功能站(Multi Stations)、全站仪、GNSS接收器和无人机等多种先进测量设备的综合应用。利用BIM技术,将施工现场以IFC格式数字化管理,确保计划模型与实际施工状态的对比更加直观。通过Leica Infinity软件融合多种数据源,建立统一参考框架,减少测量误差,确保数据一致性。结果表明,数字化测量技术显著提高了施工精度和效率,有效保障了施工质量和进度。 As the complexity and scale of construction projects continue to increase,traditional surveying methods are insufficient to meet the demands for precision and efficiency in modern construction projects.This paper explores the application and advantages of digital technology in engineering surveying through the analysis of a large-scale commercial complex project.The project includes multiple high-rise buildings,underground parking,and public facilities,with high technical requirements and a long construction period.The study covers the integrated application of advanced surveying equipment such as Terrestrial Laser Scanning(TLS),Multi-Stations(MS),Total Stations(TS),GNSS receivers,and drones.Utilizing BIM technology,the construction site is digitally managed in IFC format,ensuring a more intuitive comparison between the planned model and the actual construction status.Leica Infinity software is used to integrate various data sources,establishing a unified reference framework to reduce measurement errors and ensure data consistency.The results indicate that digital surveying technology significantly improves construction accuracy and efficiency,effectively ensuring construction quality and progress.
