摘要 肾脏混合性上皮和间质瘤(MESTK)是一种临床罕见的肾脏肿瘤,Bosniak Ⅲ、Ⅳ类MESTK具有高度恶性潜能及复发性[1-2]。邱云桥教授认为,该病属中医癥瘕范畴,术后病机特点以气虚血瘀为主,临证可据“气虚而血滞”“气弱而血不行”等理论遣方用药,配合中医特色疗法,在术后促愈及防止复发方面可获良效。现将邱云桥教授运用益气化瘀法防治高度恶性潜能MESTK术后复发医案1则整理介绍如下。1医案患者,女,25岁,2022年8月22日因左侧腰腹部酸胀1周至广州中医药大学第一附属医院泌尿外科就诊。
