邹旭运用腠理-三焦理论辨治出血性卒中经验介绍

摘要 介绍邹旭教授运用腠理-三焦理论辨治出血性卒中的临床经验。邹旭教授提出“脑属腠理”,认为三焦是经,为气、血、水通行之腑;腠理为络,是三焦的外延、为濡养肌表的结构,一切用以治疗腠理、三焦病变之法均可用以治疗脑部疾病。出血性卒中以本虚标实为基本病机,火邪为患为发病的启动因素,提出用宣三焦气以降火、调三焦津以平衡水火的方法治疗出血性卒中。 This paper introduces Professor ZOU Xu's clinical experience in treating hemorrhagic apoplexy by using Interstitial Space-Triple Energizers Theory based on syndrome differentiation.Professor ZOU Xu believes that"the brain belongs to interstitial space",and he also thinks the triple energizers belong to the meridian,where qi,blood and water can pass,and that interstitial space belong to the collateral,which is the extension of triple energizers and the structure of nourishing fleshy exterior.All the methods used to treat interstitial space and triple energizers can be used to treat brain diseases.The basic pathogenesis of hemorrhagic apoplexy is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,and the attack of fire pathogen is the initiating factor of the disease.Professor ZOU puts forward the treatment of hemorrhagic apoplexy by diffusing triple energizers to subdue fire,and adjusting triple energizers fluid to balance fire and water.
