Experience of WEI Hewei in Clinical Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

魏合伟教授基于湿热瘀毒理论,认为痛风性关节炎总属于湿热内蕴、血热内伏之病,提出内生湿浊、血瘀热毒病机体系,清热解毒、健脾利湿、活血祛瘀为其主要治法,同时结合现代医学微创技术,关节镜下直视清理痛风石结晶,中西结合,标本兼治,为中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎提供新思路。

Professor WEI Hewei,based on the theory of dampness,heat,stasis,and toxin,believes that gouty arthritis always belongs to the disease of internal damp-heat accumulation,and latent blood heat.He proposes the pathogenesis system of internal generation of damp-turbidity,blood stasis and heat toxin,with the main treatment methods of clearing heat and detoxifying,fortifying the spleen and draining dampness,and invigorating blood and dispelling stasis.At the same time,combining modern minimally invasive medical technology,tophus can be seen and cleaned under an arthroscope.Thus,Chinese medicine and western medicine can be combined,and both the root and branch of the disease can be treated simultaneously,providing new ideas for the combined treatment of gouty arthritis with Chinese and western medicine.
