基于“肺-脾-肾同治”治疗感染后咳嗽(风寒袭肺型)的理论分析

感染后咳嗽初期病因以感受风寒为主,以疏风散寒,宣肺止咳为主要治疗原则。然多数患者在服用西药抗病毒、抗菌消炎、解痉镇咳治疗中后期出现食欲减退、全身乏力、大便黏滞,甚至腰膝无力,夜尿频多。辨证论治更应肺、脾、肾三脏同治,未病先防。三拗鱼龙汤是王朝亮教授在《太平惠民和剂局方》中三拗汤基础上审慎病因,辨证加减而创新,可解表热、宣肺气、清生痰之热;补脾气、化痰湿、消生痰之本;温肾阳、行津液、运痰湿之滞。该方疗效显著,为感染后咳嗽(风寒袭肺型)提供一条新的治疗方案。
