抑郁症(depressive disorder,DD),是一种现代社会常见的心理健康疾病,严重危害患者的身心健康,并给患者及其家庭带来了巨大的心理和经济负担。相较于西医治疗,中医药在治疗DD方面具有独特优势:不良反应小、易于患者接受,并且能够明显改善临床症状。该文将从DD的病因病机、辨证分型以及治疗方法等多个方面探讨近三年来中医药在治疗DD方面的研究进展,为临床抑郁症治疗提供参考支持。

Depression (DD) is a common mental health disease in modern society, which seriously endangers the physical and mental health of patients and brings huge psychological and economic burdens to patients and their fami-lies. Compared with Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of DD: small side effects, easy for patients to accept, and can significantly improve clinical symptoms. This article will discuss the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DD in the past three years from multiple as-pects such as the etiology and pathogenesis of DD, syndrome differentiation and treatment methods, and provide refer-ence support for the treatment of clinical depression.
