循证护理在儿童外周静脉留置针穿刺疼痛管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing in Pain Management of Children with Peripheral Venous Indentation Needle

目的分析在儿童外周静脉留置针穿刺疼痛管理中使用循证护理措施的效果。方法将2021年11月至2022年4月在我院接受外周静脉留置针穿刺的100例患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组。对照组患儿使用常规护理措施,试验组在对照组的基础上实施循证护理,对两组患儿的穿刺次数、疼痛评分[使用面部表情疼痛量表(FLACC)来客观评价7岁以下患儿的疼痛感,7岁以上(不含7岁)患儿使用数字分级法(NRS)进行疼痛评估]等指标进行对比。结果试验组患儿首次穿刺时疼痛评分、首次穿刺次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患儿首针穿刺成功率、患儿配合度、家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在儿童外周静脉穿刺中的应用效果较好,可提高首次穿刺成功率,患儿配合度,减轻患儿穿刺时的疼痛感,提高家属满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based care measures in pain management of children.Methods A total of 100 children who received peripheral venous indwelling needle puncture in our hospital from November 2021 to April 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into test group and control group according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing based on the control group.The puncture frequency,pain score[Facial Expression Pain Scale(FLACC)was used to objectively evaluate the pain of children under 7 years old,and the numerical scale(NRS)was used to evaluate the pain of children over 7 years old(excluding 7 years old)]and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of first puncture and the number of first puncture in experimental group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The success rate of first needle puncture,child's cooperation degree and family satisfaction in experimental group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of evidence-based nursing in peripheral venipuncture in children was good,which could improve the success rate of first puncture,reduce the pain during puncture and improve the satisfaction of family members.
