专案护理在冠脉CTA检查前患者准备中的应用效果

Application of Specialized Nursing in Patient Preparation before Coronary CTA Examination

目的分析专案护理干预在冠脉CTA检查前患者准备中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月在我院接受冠脉CTA检查的178例患者,经随机数字表法将其分成两组,对照组与研究组各89例。对照组接受常规护理干预,如认真做好入院宣教工作,对其生命体征进行密切观察,对其过敏史进行了解,并指导其做好相关的准备工作;研究组则接受专案护理干预。比较两组的冠脉CTA检查效率、心理状态、图像质量,以及患者总满意度、主动配合度、相关知识知晓情况。结果相比于对照组,研究组检查准备时间、检查时间更短(P<0.05)。相比于护理前,两组护理后的SDS评分、SAS评分均降低(P<0.05);而与对照组护理后相比,研究组SDS评分、SAS评分降幅更加明显(P<0.05)。研究组的图像质量总体合格率以及患者总满意度、主动配合度、相关知识知晓率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在冠脉CTA检查前患者准备中应用专案护理干预不但能重建、提高患者的认知水平,而且能为其提供正确的心理引导,缓解不良情绪,消除疑虑,进而提高检查效率及患者总满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of specialized nursing intervention in patient preparation before coronary CTA examination.Methods One hundred and seventy-eight patients who received coronary CTA examination in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,89 cases in control group and 89 cases in study group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,such as careful admission education,close observation of their vital signs,understanding of their allergy history,and guiding them to make relevant preparations.The study group received specialized nursing intervention,and compared the efficiency of coronary CTA examination,psychological state,image quality,patient satisfaction,active cooperation,and relevant knowledge of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the preparation time and examination time of the study group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).Compared with before care,SDS score and SAS score after care were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the SDS score and SAS scores of the study group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).The overall pass rate,satisfaction rate,active cooperation and knowledge awareness rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of specialized nursing intervention in patient preparation before coronary CTA examination can not only rebuild and improve patients'cognitive level,significantly improve their cognitive level,but also provide patient with correct psychological guidance,significantly alleviate their negative emotions,eliminate their doubts about the examination,and thus improve the efficiency of the examination and the overall satisfaction of patients.
