个性化护理对肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合的影响

Evaluation of the Effect of Personalized Nursing on Postoperative Wound Healing of Patients with Perianal Abscess

目的探讨个性化护理对肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2023年12月在我院进行肛周脓肿切开引流术的患者60例,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组实施个性化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的术后创面愈合早于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率略低于对照组,但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论个性化护理能够促进肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合,使疼痛得到有效控制,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the influence of personalized nursing on wound healing after operation for perianal abscess patients.Methods Sixty patients who underwent perianal abscess incision and drainage at our hospital from January 2018 to December 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received individualized care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The postoperative wound healing of observation group was earlier than that of control group(P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Personalized nursing can promote wound healing after operation for perianal abscess patients,reduce complication incidence,effectively control pain,and improve patient satisfaction.
