活血化瘀中药治疗患者时发生的不良反应研究

A Study on Adverse Reactions During the Treatment of Patients with Traditional Chinese Medicine for Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis

目的分析活血化瘀中药的相关不良反应。方法回顾2022年9月至2023年9月广州市白云区龙归街和嘉禾街两个社区卫生服务中心有活血化瘀中药治疗史的100例患者的资料,统计不良反应涉及药物种类,比较不良反应类型,观察不良反应发生特点。结果100例患者使用的中药均为血栓通,使用最短时间为2周,使用最长时间为8个月,均数(4.63±1.84)个月。在各类型不良反应中,有35.00%与皮肤系统有关,有17.00%与消化系统有关,有14.00%和12.00%与神经、呼吸系统有关,有10.00%与心血管系统有关,有6.00%与血液系统有关。在100例出现不良反应的患者中,有51.00%的患者的年龄在60~80岁,有30.00%在40~59岁,有29.00%在22~39岁;研究不良反应出现时间发现,有63.00%的患者在用药0.5 h以内出现不良反应,有25.00%在用药0.5~23 h出现,有12.00%在用药24 h后出现。导致不良反应发生的最主要原因是超剂量使用,共计33例,占比为33.00%。结论活血化瘀类中药造成的不良反应多样,需明确药物适应证,限制药物的使用,减少不良反应,保证中药使用安全性。

Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 100 patients with a history of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in two community health service centers.The selection period was from September 2022 to September 2023,and the types of drugs involved in adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.The types of adverse reactions were compared,and the characteristics of adverse reactions were observed.Results The traditional Chinese medicine used in all 100 patients was Xueshuantong,with a minimum duration of 2 weeks and a maximum duration of 8 months,with an average of(4.63±1.84)months.Among various types of adverse reactions,35.00%are related to the skin system,17.00%are related to the digestive system,14.00%and 12.00%are related to the nervous and respiratory systems,10.00%are related to the cardiovascular system,and 6.00%are related to the blood system.Among the 100 patients who experienced adverse reactions,51.00%were aged 60-80,30.00%were aged 40-59,and 29.00%were aged 22-39;63.00%of adverse reactions occurred within 30 minutes of medication,25.00%within 30 minutes to 23 hours of medication,and 12.00%after 24 hours of medication.The main cause of adverse reactions was overdose,accounting for 33.00%of the total cases.Conclusions The adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are diverse.It is necessary to clarify the indications of the drugs,limit their use,reduce adverse reactions,and ensure the safety of traditional Chinese medicine use.
