生肌玉红膏联合威伐光治疗3期压力性损伤的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Shengjiyuhong Paste Combined with Wira Light in the Treatment of Stage 3 Pressure Injury

目的观察生肌玉红膏联合威伐光治疗3期压力性损伤的疗效。方法选取2019年8月至2022年12月期间我院3期压力性损伤患者90例(共计患处105处),按随机数字表法分为生-威组(生肌玉红膏+威伐光照射)30例(35处),生-紫组(生肌玉红膏外敷+紫外线照射)30例(37处)和生肌玉红膏组(生肌玉红膏外敷)30例(33处)。对比观察3组患者压力性损伤伤口面积、24 h渗液量及伤口床组织类型评分。结果治疗前3组患者压力性损伤伤口面积、24 h渗液量及伤口床组织类型评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3组患者伤口面积评分、24 h渗液量评分、伤口床组织类型评分均低于治疗前,且生-威组低于其他两组,生-紫组低于生肌玉红膏组(P<0.05)。结论生肌玉红膏联合威伐光治疗对3期压力性损伤的改善幅度最大,可有效促进压力性损伤创面的愈合。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shengjiyuhong paste combined with Wira light in the treatment of stage 3 stress injury.Methods Ninety patients with stage 3 stress injury in our hospital from August 2019 to December 2022(a total of 105 affected places)were selected and divided into 30 patients(35 places)in Sheng-Wira group(Shengjiyuhong paste+Wira light irradiation)according to random number table method.There were 30 cases(37 places)in Sheng-ultraviolet group(external application of Shengjiyuhong paste+ultraviolet irradiation)and 30 cases(33 places)in Shengjiyuhong paste group(external application of Shengjiyuhong paste).The wound area,24 hours fluid volume and wound bed tissue type score of the 3 groups were compared and observed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the wound area,24 hours exudate volume,and wound bed tissue type scores among the three groups of patients with pressure injuries(P>0.05).After treatment,the wound area score,24 hours exudate volume score,and wound bed tissue type score of the three groups of patients were lower than before treatment.Sheng-Wira group was lower than the other two groups,Sheng-ultraviolet group was lower than Shengjiyuhong paste group(P<0.05).Conclusions Shengjiyuhong paste combined with Wira light has the greatest improvement on stage 3 pressure injury,and can effectively promote the healing of pressure injury wounds.
