虚拟现实(VR)技术在眼外伤低视力患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的研究眼外伤低视力患者中应用虚拟现实(VR)技术的效果。方法选取我院2022年3月至2023年3月收治的90例眼外伤低视力患者,经“双盲法”分为对照组(常规护理)、研究组(VR技术),各45例,比较两组疗效。结果干预前两组生活质量、睡眠质量及临床指标无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后较对照组,研究组一般健康生活质量(GQOLI-74)评分更高;匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分更低;汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分更低,一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分更高(P<0.05);研究组视力恢复有效率高于对照组,研究组并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论VR技术可改善眼外伤低视力患者的生活质量、睡眠质量,减轻疼痛程度、负性情绪,增强自我效能、促进视力恢复,减少并发症。 Objective To study the effectiveness of applying virtual reality(VR)technology in patients with low vision due to ocular trauma.Methods Ninety patients with low vision due to ocular trauma admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were divided into control group(routine nursing)and study group(VR technology)by double-blind method,45 cases each,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The quality of life,sleep quality and clinical indexes of the two groups before intervention had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After intervention,the study group had a higher GQOLI-74 score than the control group,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score was lower,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)were lower,and the scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)were higher(P<0.05).The effective rate of visual acuity restoration in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions VR technology can improve the quality of life and sleep quality of patients with low vision due to ocular trauma,alleviate pain,negative emotions,enhance self-efficacy,promote visual recovery,and reduce complications.
