以护理结局为导向的围手术期护理在前列腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响分析

Effect of Nursing Outcome-Oriented Perioperative Nursing on Quality of Life of Patients with Prostate Cancer after Operation

目的探讨以护理结局为导向的围手术期护理在前列腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年3月至2023年11月于我院进行前列腺癌手术治疗的88例患者,根据围手术期护理方法的不同进行分组,其中44例采取常规围手术期护理,纳入对照组,44例患者采取以护理结局为导向的围手术期护理,纳入试验组。对两组患者术后生活质量情况、并发症发生率、负面情绪、护理满意度进行比较。结果护理后,试验组躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能等生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,试验组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以护理结局为导向的围手术期护理应用于前列腺癌术后患者可改善其生活质量,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,改善负性情绪。

Objective To explore the impact of nursing outcome-oriented perioperative care in patient quality of life after prostate cancer surgery.Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent surgical treatment for prostate cancer in our hospital from March 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into groups according to different perioperative nursing methods.Among them,44 patients took routine perioperative nursing and were included in the control group,while 44 patients took perioperative nursing and were included in the experimental group.The quality of life,complication rate,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function and social function of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing outcome-oriented perioperative care for postoperative patients with prostate cancer can improve their quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve negative mood.
