共情护理在卵巢囊肿剔除术患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Empathetic Nursing in Patients Undergoing Ovarian Cyst Removal Surgery

目的探究卵巢囊肿剔除术患者采用共情护理的应用效果。方法本次研究选取2021年10月至2023年10月我院临床接诊卵巢囊肿剔除术患者200例参与研究。采用计算机表法分为对照组和研究组。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以共情护理,每组100例,分析不同护理模式下两组患者的情绪水平(HAMA、HAMD评分)、生活质量(物质生活、心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能)、希望水平(积极行动、现实态度、人际交往)、满意度的各项评分。结果干预前,两组患者情绪水平、生活质量、希望水平等评分指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,研究组患者情绪水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组希望水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床使用共情护理干预卵巢囊肿剔除术患者效果更佳,能有效消除患者不良情绪,提高患者日常生活质量,提升患者希望水平,提高满意度,可面向基层医疗机构进行推广,值得临床使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of empathic nursing in patients undergoing ovarian cyst removal.Methods In this study,200 patients with ovarian cyst removal in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected to participate in the study.Divided into control group and study group by computer table method.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given empathetic care,with 100 cases in each group.The scores of emotional level(HAMA,HAMD scores),quality of life(material life,psychological function,physical function,social function),hope level(positive action,realistic attitude,interpersonal communication)and satisfaction of patients in the two groups under different nursing modes were analyzed.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in score indexes such as emotion level,quality of life and hope level between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the emotional level of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hope level of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical application of empathy nursing intervention in patients with ovarian cyst removal has a better effect,which can effectively eliminate patients'bad emotions,improve patients'daily quality of life,improve patients'hope level and improve their satisfaction.It can be popularized in primary medical institutions and is worthy of clinical use.
