摘要
为分析我国养老护理人员职业倦怠的研究现状,系统检索CNKI数据库中有关我国养老护理人员职业倦怠的相关文献,使用Excel对样本文献进行列表统计,包括文献发表年份、类型、地域分布、测评工具运用情况、护理人员职业倦怠现状及影响因素等。研究结果显示,人口统计学因素、工作性因素是其产生职业倦怠的主要影响因素,提升养老护理人员的职业素质与社会支持水平、关注养老护理人员的心理健康等可缓解其职业倦怠状态。我国养老护理人员职业倦怠问题较为突出,应引起重视。
In order to analyze the research status of occupational burnout of nursing staff in China,the study systematically analyzes the literature related to occupational burnout of nursing staff for elderly care in China in CNKI database;and conducts list statistics of the sample literature with Excel,including the publication year,type,geographical distribution,application of assessment tools,the status quo of occupational burnout of nursing staff,and its influencing factors,etc.The results show that demographic and work factors are the main influencing factors of job burnout.Improving the professional quality and social support level of nursing staff,and paying attention to the mental health of nursing staff can alleviate their job burnout.The problem of occupational burnout of nursing staff in China is more prominent,which should be paid attention to.
