类型教育视域下民办高职院校双师型教师队伍建设现状与策略

摘要 为了解类型教育视域下民办高职院校双师型教师队伍建设现状,采用调研分析法对南阳职业学院的双师型教师进行调研,分析教师的数量、构成特征,发现双师型教师队伍建设存在高素质双师型教师数量不足、双师型教师队伍素质难以达到预期等问题。将职业教育定义为“类型教育”突出了其特殊性与独立性,有助于保持职业教育的独特性与特色。未来民办高职院校应在扩大双师型教师队伍基数和提升双师型队伍素质方面加强双师型教师队伍建设,促进高职教育的类型化发展。 In order to know the current situation of the construction of double-qualified teachers in private higher vocational colleges from the perspective of type education,the study investigates the double-qualified teachers in Nanyang Vocational College,and analyzes the number and composition characteristics of teachers.It is found that there are some problems in the construction of double-qualified teachers,such as insufficient quantity of high-quality double-qualified teachers,and being difficult to reach the expected quality of double-qualified teachers.Vocational education defined as“type education”highlights its particularity and independence,and helps to maintain the uniqueness and characteristics of vocational education.In the future,the private higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of the double qualified teachers in expanding the base of the double qualified teachers,and improving the quality of the double qualified teachers,so as to promote the type development of higher vocational education.
