摘要
数字经济发展背景下,以高职院校托育专业人才培养为研究对象,设计相关调研问卷,根据问卷调研结果运用描述性统计分析等统计分析方法对该专业技能型人才培养情况进行实证分析。结果显示,在高职院校托育专业人才培养过程中,学生自身的专业能力与专业所需知识得分相对较低,还需进一步提升。高职院校可通过建立相关数据资源库实现托育专业资源共建与共享,使学生真正了解专业内容,增强专业认同感。同时,高职院校可加大对该专业所需专业知识及实践技能的宣传力度,促使学生在学习中不断提升专业知识水平,在实践中提升专业所需能力。
Under the background of the development of digital economy,the study takes the cultivation of talents for nursing majors in higher vocational colleges as research objects,designs relevant questionnaires,and conducts an empirical analysis of the training of skilled talents for this specialty with descriptive statistical analysis and other statistical analysis methods according to the survey results.The results show that,in the process of professional training,students think that their professional ability and knowledge score are relatively low,and need to be further improved.Higher vocational colleges can establish relevant data resource database to realize the co-construction and sharing of professional resources,so that students can truly know the professional content and enhance the professional identity.At the same time,higher vocational colleges can increase the publicity of the professional knowledge and practical skills required by the major,so as to encourage students to continuously improve professional knowledge in learning,and enhance the professional ability required in practice.
