人力资源管理中员工福利与组织绩效的相关性研究

摘要 为探究人力资源管理中员工福利与组织绩效之间的相关性,采用问卷调查法进行实证研究,描述性统计与多元回归分析发现,薪酬福利与职业发展对组织绩效具有显著的正向影响,而工作环境因素的影响相对较弱,提升员工薪酬水平与提供良好的职业发展机会可有效促进组织绩效的整体提升。建议企业重视员工薪酬福利与职业发展,通过提高薪酬水平,改善薪酬结构,提供更多的职业发展机会,关注工作环境的改善等提升员工的工作满意度与舒适度,以全面提升员工的福利待遇,促进组织绩效的提升。 In order to explore the correlation between employee welfare and organizational performance in human resource management,the study conducts empirical research with questionnaire survey method.Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis show that salary,welfare and career development significant positively influence organizational performance,while the influence of working environment factors is relatively weak.Improving employee salary level and providing good career development opportunities can effectively promote the improvement of overall organizational performance.It is suggested that enterprises should attach importance to employees’salary and welfare and career development,raise their salary level,improve the salary structure,provide more career development opportunities,and pay attention to the improvement of the working environment to improve employees’job satisfaction and comfort,so as to comprehensively improve employees’welfare benefits and promote organizational performance.
