河南省数字经济与区域创新能力耦合协调分析测度

Analysis and Measurement of the Coupling and Coordination between Digital Economy and Regional Innovation Capacity in Henan Province

本文以河南省17个地级市(不含省辖县级市济源市)2016—2021年数据为研究样本,运用耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数、数据地图等实证分析了各地级市数字经济和创新能力耦合协调发展水平以及空间分布演变特征。研究发现,河南省各地级市的数字经济、创新能力与耦合协调度整体稳定增长,但是全省耦合协调水平普遍较低。从地区发展来看,郑州市属于高度协调的第一梯队,洛阳市、南阳市属于第二梯队,分别在2018年和2021年达到高度磨合和低度磨合阶段,其他地级市属于第三梯队,处于高度拮抗状态。从区域联动性来看,近几年豫中、豫东、豫西、豫北和豫南几个区域耦合度呈现一定的空间聚集与带动效应,且区域间差异逐年减小,但是以郑州市为核心的豫中地区耦合协调度综合得分明显高于其他区域,地区之间的发展差异仍需引起重视。

This paper takes data from 17 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province(excluding Jiyuan City)from 2016 to 2021 as the research sample,and uses the coupling coordination degree model,Dagum’s Gini coeffi cient and data map to empirically analyze the coupling coordination development level and spatial distribution evolution characteristics of the digital economy and innovation capacity development in each prefecture-level city.Research has found that the digital economy,innovation capacity,and coupling coordination of various cities in Henan Province have shown overall stable growth,but the level of coupling coordination in the province is generally low.From the perspective of regional development,Zhengzhou City belongs to the highly coordinated fi rst tier,while Luoyang City and Nanyang City belong to the second tier,reaching high and low adaptation stages in 2018 and 2021 respectively.Other prefecture-level cities belong to the third tier and are in a highly antagonistic state.From the perspective of regional linkage,in recent years,the coupling degree of the central,eastern,western,northern,and southern regions of Henan has shown certain spatial clustering and driving eff ects,and regional diff erences have been decreasing year by year.However,the comprehensive score of coupling coordination degree in the central region of Henan,with Zhengzhou as the core,is signifi cantly higher than other regions,and the development diff erences between regions still need to be taken seriously.
