摘要
提高高技术产品出口竞争力对我国国际竞争力提升、实现高质量发展至关重要。近年来,部分国家对我国采取技术封锁、技术壁垒或其他政治经济手段以遏制我国高技术产业发展,使得我国高技术产品发展面临一定挑战。数字营商环境作为科技创新的基础为高技术产业发展带来新机遇,本文分析我国各省数字营商环境水平及其对高技术产品出口竞争力的影响具有重要意义。本文首先对我国30个省份数据进行整理分析,构建数字营商环境评价体系。其次实证分析数字营商环境对高技术产品出口竞争力的影响,最后得出结论如下:数字营商环境方面,沿海经济发达地区得分较高、内陆地区得分较低、但部分临海地区发展潜力大;数字营商环境对高技术产品出口竞争力总体上有显著促进作用,但对于沿海省份而言,该影响不显著。
Enhancing the export competitiveness of high-tech products is crucial for enhancing China’s international competitiveness and achieving high-quality development.In recent years,some countries have imposed technology blockades,technical barriers,or other political and economic measures to curb the development of China's high-tech industries,posing certain challenges to the advancement of high-tech products in China.The digital business environment,as the foundation for technological innovation,presents new opportunities for the development of high-tech industries.This paper analyzes the digital business environment levels across various provinces in China and their impact on the competitiveness of high-tech product exports.The study begins with the collection and analysis of data from 30 provinces in China,aiming to construct an evaluation system for the digital business environment.Additionally,it empirically analyzes the impact of the digital business environment on the export competitiveness of high-tech products,and finally draws conclusions.The conclusion is as follows:In terms of the digital business environment,coastal economically developed areas score higher,inland areas score lower,but some coastal areas have great development potential;The digital business environment has a significant promoting effect on the overall competitiveness of high-tech product exports,but for coastal provinces,this impact is not significant.
