高山沟谷型乡村社区碳排放结构及减排对策研究——以留坝县村庄为例

Study on carbon emission structure and mitigation measures of rural communities of High Mountain Valley Type——a case study of villages in Liuba County

本文以秦巴山区高山沟谷型村落为研究对象,选取典型乡村社区为研究样本。基于区域概况、实地调研、统计并分析目标乡村社区碳排放量,深入系统地剖析其碳排放结构及成因。研究表明,薪柴的燃烧、日常出行交通用能、废弃物处理排放是造成高碳排放的主要原因。减排对策:建议积极接通天然气,同时利用风电、光伏等清洁能源优化居民能源消费结构;大力发展低碳交通,优化农村公交线路、站点布置、班次等,鼓励村民使用小排量,低能耗的新能源汽车;通过政策引导,鼓励各乡村社区积极引进和应用低碳处理技术如生物降解技术处理废弃物,落实垃圾分类回收制度。

Taking the Qinba Mountain Village as the research object,the typical rural communities are selected as research samples.Based on the regional survey,feld research,statistics and analysis of carbon emissions of target rural communities,in-depth and systematic analysis of carbon emission structure and causes.The research shows that the combustion of fuelwood,daily transportation energy and Waste treatment emissions are the main causes of high carbon emissions.Measures to reduce emissions:it is recommended to actively connect natural gas,and at the same time optimize the energy consumption structure of residents by using clean energy sources such as wind power and solar power;strongly develop low-carbon transport,optimize rural bus routes,station layout,frequency,etc.,encouraging villagers to use low-emission,low-energy new energy vehicles;and encouraging rural communities to actively introduce and apply low-carbon treatment technologies such as biodegradation technologies to treat waste through policy guidance,implementing a system for classifying and recycling waste.
