场域理论视域下山东黄河档案编研工作探究

Research on the Compilation and Research Work of Shandong Yellow River Archives from the Perspective of Field Theory

黄河档案编研工作是追溯黄河历史、弘扬黄河精神的重要途径。为响应国家黄河战略,探究黄河档案编研工作提质增效的发展向路,文章基于对山东黄河档案编研现状的调研分析,以布尔迪厄场域理论为研究坐标,把握山东黄河档案场域内部运行机制,剖析编研工作主要行动者在资本和惯习上的缺位,从内部资本培育、外部资本吸纳和内外惯习平衡三个方面提出山东黄河档案编研工作的未来走向,通过战略性和系统性思维促进档案开发利用工作的科学化和现代化。

The compilation work of Yellow River archives is an important window for tracing the history of the Yellow River and promoting its spirit.In response to the national Yellow River strategy and to explore the de⁃velopment direction of improving quality and efficiency in the compilation of Yellow River archives,based on the research and analysis of the current situation of Shandong Yellow River archives compilation,this paper uses the field theory as the research method,grasps the internal operating mechanism of Shandong Yellow River archives field in order to analyze the shortcomings of the main participants in archives compilation work in terms of capital and habits,and propose the future development direction of Shandong Yellow River ar⁃chives compilation from three aspects:cultivating internal capital,attracting external capital and promoting a balance of internal and external habits.Through strategic and systematic thinking,it can promote the devel⁃opment and utilization of archives on a scientific and modern path.
