基于阴阳学说探讨“异类相制”

Discussion on“Different Phase System”of Compound Detoxification Compatibility from Yin and Yang

“异类相制”是近年新提出的中药减毒配伍新理论,它源于中医药传统理论和临床实践,具有丰富的内涵、具体的应用形式和一定的临床指导价值。“异类相制”与阴阳关系密切。阴阳对立统一的辨证关系,是“异类相制”的重要理论基础:阴阳对立互制和互根转化是“异类相制”减毒的途径,阴阳自和平衡是“异类相制”减毒的核心;“异类相制”是阴阳对立统一整体观指导中药减毒配伍实践的创新发挥和应用。本文试从阴阳角度对“异类相制”做出简要分析,以期从基础上解读其理论,有助于更好地理解其内涵和指导临床实践。

The“Heterogeneous Phase System”is the latest proposed new theory of traditional Chinese medicine toxicity reduction and compatibility.It originates from traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical practice,and has rich connotations,specific application forms,and clinical guidance value.There is a close relationship between“heterologous phase system”and yin and yang.The dialectical relationship between the unity of yin and yang opposition is an important theoretical basis for the concept of“heterogeneous phase system”;The mutual opposition and transformation of yin and yang are the ways to reduce the toxicity of“heterogeneous phase system”,and the balance of yin and yang is the core of“heterogeneous phase system”in reducing toxicity;The concept of"heterogeneous phase system"is a specific innovative application and play of the Yin Yang theory to guide the practice of traditional Chinese medicine detoxification and compatibility.This article attempts to provide a brief analysis of"heterologous phase system"from the perspective of yin and yang,in order to further elucidate its theoretical basis and help better understand its scientific connotation and guide clinical practice.
