青春期肠道微生态研究进展

摘要 肠道微生物群(gut microbiota,GM)具有参与营养吸收代谢、阻止病原入侵、保护肠道屏障和参与神经内分泌调节等作用[1]。研究证实肠道微生态失调影响人体的健康,甚至引发疾病[2],例如肥胖[3]、炎症性肠病[4]、癌症[5-6]等。肠道菌群通过反馈等机制维持自身的稳定与平衡[7]。饮食、环境、压力、生活方式、益生菌和抗生素等因素均可以改变肠道菌群的多样性和构成,进而影响肠道菌群的稳态,引发肠道微生态失调。16S rDNA基因扩增子测序和宏基因组测序等多组学技术为肠道微生物与环境和宿主的关系研究提供了可靠的工具。采用粪便标本来检测宿主肠道菌群的种类及多样性,其中硬壁菌门(Firmicutes)/拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)(F/B)值被认为是健康和疾病的重要预测指标[8]。
