摘要
仙鹤草作为我国传统中药,具有收敛止血、解毒、补肾等功效。仙鹤草内酯类化合物是仙鹤草主要的异香豆素类成分,具有多种药理活性而被广泛关注。但由于其含量很低,对该类化合物进行人工合成显得尤为重要。本文对仙鹤草内酯消旋体的合成方法进行了探索,发现了一条简便的合成路线,为该类化合物的不对称合成提供了方法学借鉴。
As a traditional Chinese medicine,the Agrimoniae Herba has the functions of astringent,detoxification and tonifying kidney.The Agrimonolides are the main isocoumarins in it.They have been widely concerned because of their various pharmacological activities.However,because of their low content,the artificial synthesis of these compounds is particularly important.In this paper,a concise synthetic method of(±)-Agrimonolide has been explored,which provided a methodology for the asymmetric synthesis of this kind of compounds.
