摘要
目前,企业对氧化锌富集物有很大的进口需求,虽然有相关产品标准作为参考,但含锌物料来源广泛,鉴别上仍然需要进一步规范。为解决这一问题,本文拟从四类主要的氧化锌富集物产品来源及生产工艺着手,总结出氧化锌富集物组成成分及其含量范围,其中ZnO≥50%、Fe <10%、F <3%、Cl <5%。本实验结果可应用于实际样品鉴别,为建立氧化锌富集物的鉴别体系提供相关的技术支持。
At present,there is a significant demand for the import of zinc oxide enrichment substances by enterprises.Although there are relevant product standards for reference,the sources of zinc-containing materials are diverse,and further standardization is still needed for identification.To solve this problem,this paper starts from the sources and production processes of four main types of zinc oxide enrichment products,and summarizes the composition and content range of zinc oxide enrichment,where ZnO≥50%,Fe<10%,F<3%,Cl<5%.The results of this experiment can be applied to the identification of actual samples,providing technical support for establishing a system for identifying zinc oxide enrichment.
