碳交易制度、双元创新与制造业企业高质量发展

Carbon Trading System,Dual Innovation and High-Quality Development of Manufacturing Enterprises

碳交易制度既是实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的重要手段,也是推进生态文明建设和经济高质量发展的关键路径。基于2008—2019年我国沪深A股制造业企业样本数据,运用双重差分(DID)的准自然实验估计,实证研究碳交易制度对制造业企业高质量发展的作用。研究发现:碳交易制度与企业高质量发展正相关,碳交易制度对探索式创新和利用式创新均具有正向作用,且对前者的促进作用更强;双元创新在碳交易制度和企业高质量发展中发挥部分中介效应。拓展研究发现,环境不确定性负向调节碳交易制度与企业双元创新的关系,且对探索式创新的抑制作用更强。研究为激发制造业企业创新活力,促进实体经济高质量发展提供参考。

The carbon trading system is not only an important means to achieve the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization,but also a key path to promote the construction of ecological civilization and high-quality economic development.Based on the sample data of China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing enterprises from 2008 to 2019,this paper empirically studies the effect of carbon trading system on the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises by using the quasi natural experimental estimation of double difference(DID).The research finds that the carbon trading system is positively related to the high-quality development of enterprises.The carbon trading system has a positive effect on exploratory innovation and utilization innovation,and has a stronger role in promoting the former;Dual innovation plays a part of the intermediary effect in the carbon trading system and the high-quality development of enterprises.The expanded research found that environmental uncertainty negatively regulates the relationship between carbon trading system and dual innovation of enterprises,and has a stronger inhibitory effect on exploratory innovation.The research provides reference for stimulating the innovation vitality of manufacturing enterprises and promoting the high-quality development of the real economy.
