摘要
数字技术与固体废物管理融合发展,对我国“无废城市”建设工作开展具有重要意义。论文以系统论和自组织理论为基础,构建数字技术—“无废城市”建设复合系统,通过哈肯模型考查数字技术应用与“无废城市”建设协同演化机制,并以此为基础讨论区域协同差异。结果表明:“无废城市”建设是控制复合系统演化进程的关键因素;数字技术与“无废城市”建设之间存在相互促进的协同效应,但两者均阻碍复合系统向更高级的结构演化;在2012—2019年样本期间,我国数字技术—“无废城市”建设复合系统协同水平有所改善,但区域协同差异不断扩大并呈现东高西低的空间格局。
The integrated development of digital technology and solid waste management is of great significance to our“zerowaste city”construction.Based on system theory and self-organization theory,this paper constructs a composite system of digital technology-waste free city construction,examines the collaborative evolution mechanism of digital technology application and“zero-waste city”construction through the Haken model,and discusses regional collaborative differences on this basis.The results show that the“zero-waste city”construction is the key factor controlling the evolution process of the complex system.There is a synergistic effect between digital technology and“zero-waste city”city construction,but both of them hinder the complex system to evolve to a more advanced structure.During the sample period from 2012 to 2019,the synergy level of the digital-waste-free urban construction complex system has improved,but the regional synergy difference keeps expanding and presents a spatial pattern of high in the east and low in the west.
