摘要
为解决复杂业务流程可视化展示时信息量大、结构层次混乱等问题,文中提出一种基于信息元结构编码的层级可视化方法。以轨道交通中触网失电处置流程为例展开分析,首先构建信息元网络拓扑结构,将“操作任务-信息图元”之间的关系转化为“信息图元-信息图元”关联的量化数据,建立信息图元网络节点综合重要度评价指标,实现对复杂业务流程关键信息的显示层级划分,并对划分结果设计眼动实验。实验表明,基于信息元结构分级的界面搜索效率更高,可降低用户认知负荷,提高任务操作绩效,验证了所提方法的合理性与有效性。
In order to solve the problems of large amount of information and confusing structure level when visually displaying complex business process,this paper proposes a hierarchical visualization method based on information element structure coding.Taking the power loss disposal process of catenary in rail transit as an example,firstly,this paper constructs the topology of information element network,transforms the relationship between“operation task-information graph element”into the quantitative data associated with“information graph element-information graph element”,and establishes the comprehensive importance evaluation index for information graph element network nodes,to realize the hierarchical division of key information display of complex business processes,and eye movement experiments are designed for the division results.The experiment shows that the interface search based on the hierarchical information element structure is more efficient,the cognitive load of users is reduced,and the performance of task operation is improved,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
