摘要
在“一带一路”倡议带动下,我国跨境物流业务取得了突破性发展,但当前国际物流创新型人才短缺的问题日益显著。在此背景下,为了深化湖南省对“一带一路”的参与,省内高校亟需培养一批国际物流创新型人才。文中总结了有关国际物流创新型人才培养的现状与共性问题,并在此基础上,围绕“人才培养体系建设、理论与实践课程设置、‘双师型’师资团队建设”三方面提出了建议,为相关人才的培养模式带来新思路。
With the momentum generated by the Belt and Road Initiative,China's cross-border logistics industry has made a breakthrough.Nevertheless,the scarcity of innovative international logistics talents has become increasingly evident.Given this backdrop,universities in Hunan Province urgently need to cultivate a cadre of innovative talents in international logistics to deepen the province's engagement with the Belt and Road Initiative.This article summarizes the current status and common issues in nurturing such talents.Based on that,suggestions are put forward around three aspects for training innovative talents of international logistics,encompassing“the establishment of talent training system,the optimization of theoretical and practical course offerings,and the construction of a dual-qualified teaching team”,which provide fresh perspectives on the training modes for relevant talents.
