现代物流管理专业“岗课赛证”贯通育人模式探究

摘要 “岗课赛证”贯通育人模式是现代物流管理专业实践教育教学改革的有效路径。通过分析“岗课赛证”贯通育人模式在现代物流管理专业教育中的优势,探讨了“岗课赛证”贯通育人模式在实施过程中可能面临的挑战和对策,提出岗位实践实施、专业课程体系设置与优化、竞赛活动的选择与组织、物流职业资格证书的准备与获取等有效策略,给出了理念重塑、标准引领、课程重构、教法创生、资源支撑、以评促改六个实践路径,以期为培养更多优秀的物流管理专业人才提供有力支持。 The“Post,Curriculum,Competition and Certificate”education model is an effective path for the reform of practical education and teaching in modern logistics management major.By analyzing the advantages of the“Post,Curriculum,Competition and Certificate”education model in modern logistics management professional education,this paper explores the possible challenges faced by the“Post,Curriculum,Competition and Certificate”education model in the implementation process and its countermeasures,proposes effective strategies such as post practice implementation,professional course system setting and optimization,competition activity selection and organization,and preparation and acquisition of logistics professional qualification certificates,and puts forward six practical paths,which are concept reshaping,standard guidance,curriculum reconstruction,teaching method creation,resource support and evaluation-driven reform,so as to provide strong support for cultivating more excellent logistics management professional talents.
