摘要
数字化人才培养是推动数字中国建设的关键力量。针对湖南工商大学数字化物流创新与实践课程,文中深入剖析了其培养目标与现存教学挑战,并进行了一系列课程建设与实践。通过明确课程独特价值、打造精品线上资源、引入小组积分赛制以及实施线上线下混合式教学等创新举措,本学期该课程取得了显著的教学成果。后续将继续优化课程内容、明确课程优化目标,从而更好地培养适应数字化时代需求的高素质人才。
The cultivation of digital talents is a crucial force driving the construction of Digital China.Focusing on the digital logistics innovation and practice course in Hunan University of Technology and Business,this paper has conducted a thorough analysis of its training objectives and existing teaching challenges,and carried out a series of curriculum development and practical implementations.Through clarifying the unique value of the course,creating high-quality online resources,introducing a group points competition system,and implementing on online-offline blended teaching approach,the course has achieved significant teaching results.Moving forward,it is necessary to continue to optimize the course content and clarify the goals of curriculum reform to better cultivate high-quality talents who meet the needs of the digital age.
