寒冷地区被动式超低能耗建筑设计要点及应用

摘要 本文以被动式超低能耗建筑作为研究目标展开分析,目前我国建筑能耗总量正在逐年上升,建筑节能已经成为我国节能减排工作的重要任务之一。建筑能耗主要包括采暖、空调、照明、电梯、热水等,尤其是一些寒冷地区的建筑采暖工作,一直是较大的能源消耗问题,如何降低寒冷地区建筑能耗,提高能源利用率,降低对环境的负面影响已成为亟待解决的问题。基于此,首先针对寒冷地区被动式超低能耗建筑设计要点进行分析,并且对其具体应用策略进行探索,以期为后续寒冷地区被动式超低能耗建筑设计提供参考。 This article analyzes passive and ultra-low energy building as research objective.Currently,the energy consumption of buildings in China is increasing year by year,and building energy conservation has become an important task in China’s energy conservation and emission reduction work.Building energy consumption mainly includes heating,air conditioning,lighting,elevators,hot water,etc.,especially in some cold regions where building heating work has always been a major energy consumption problem.How to reduce building energy consumption in cold regions,improve energy utilization efficiency,and reduce negative impacts on the environment has become an urgent challenge to be solved.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the design points of passive and ultra-low energy buildings in cold regions,and explores their specific application strategies,in order to provide reference for the subsequent design of passive and ultra-low energy buildings in cold regions.
