党的二十大对人才培养体系做出了统筹部署,一个国家要想实现战略性发展,就必须依靠科技人才。在知识经济时代,国家与国家之间的竞争主要依靠强大的科技人才队伍,依靠科技人才队伍的持续产出,近几年对于科技人才评价的相关研究浩如烟海,从科技人才评价政策再到评价方法以及评价指标开发等不胜枚举。通过对科技人才评价相关文献的梳理、述评,分析科技人才评价研究的发展趋势,为相关研究做出边际贡献。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made overall arrangements for the talent training system.To achieve strategic development,a country must rely on scientific and technological talents.In the era of knowledge economy,competition between countries mainly relies on a strong team of scientific and technological talents,relying on the continuous output of the scientific and technological talent team.In recent years,there has been a vast amount of research on the evaluation of scientific and technological talents,from the evaluation policies of scientific and technological talents to the development of evaluation methods and indicators.Sort out and review relevant literature on the evaluation of scientific and technological talents,analyze the development trend of research on the evaluation of scientific and technological talents,and make marginal contributions to related research.
