摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟教育法对结直肠癌术后患者出院准备度和自护能力的影响。方法:选取结直肠癌术后患者126例,随机分为常规教育组和情景模拟教育法组,每组各63例,观察2组患者出院准备度和自护能力等情况。结果:干预前2组患者出院准备度量表(RHDS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后2组RHDS评分均升高,且情景模拟教育组高于常规教育组(P<0.05);干预前2组患者自护能力量表(ESCA)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后2组患者ESCA评分均升高,且情景模拟教育组高于常规教育组(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟教育法对结直肠癌术后患者具有显著效果,可显著提高患者出院准备度和自护能力。
Objective:To investigate the effect of situational simulation education on discharge readiness and self-care ability of patients with colorectal cancer after surgery.Methods:A total of 126 patients with colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into routine education group and situational simulation education group,with 63 cases in each group.The discharge readiness and self-care ability of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in RHDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,RHDS scores in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the situational simulation group was significantly higher than the routine education group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in ESCA scores between the two group(P>0.05).After intervention,ESCA scores in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the situational simulation group was significantly higher than the routine education group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Situational simulation education has remarkable effect on patients with colorectal cancer after surgery,and can significantly improve the discharge readiness and self-care ability of the patients.
