项目质量管理在激光气体分析仪开发过程中的应用

摘要 质量管理是项目管理的重要组成,对推动项目成功起着关键性的作用。LGT-3000型激光气体分析仪开发项目按照项目管理知识体系(PMBOK)理论,建立完善的质量管理过程,采用因果图和5W1H方法分析吸收峰漂移问题的原因并提出改进措施。通过改进后的测试得出,温度控制偏差和波动范围值较改进前均有提升。在常温24℃条件下,1号仪器温度控制偏差由6.60%减小到0.87%,2号仪器温度控制偏差由6.51%减小到1.22%,3号仪器温度控制偏差由6.97%减小到1.03%。高温60℃环境条件下,1、2和3号仪器温控返回值波动指标分别提升了99.81%、9.09%和98.64%,在低测量值工况下可以实现正常纠偏功能。在新产品开发过程中实施质量管理,能够有效解决项目中的疑难问题和降低产品缺陷率。 Quality management is an important component of project management and plays a crucial role in driving project success.The development project of LGT-3000 laser gas analyzer follows the PMBOK theory and establishes a comprehensive quality management process.Causal diagram and 5W1H method were used in project development to analyze the causes of absorption peak drift and propose improvement measures.Through improved testing,it was found that the temperature control deviation and fluctuation range performance have both increased.At room temperature of 24℃,the temperature control deviation of instrument No.1 improved from 6.60%to 0.87%,instrument No.2 improved from 6.51%to 1.22%,and instrument No.3 improved from 6.97%to 1.03%.Under high temperature conditions of 60℃,the fluctuation indicators of temperature control return values of instruments No.1,No.2,and No.3 have increased by 99.81%,9.09%,and 98.64%,respectively.At the same time,normal correction function can be achieved under the low measurement value conditions.Implementing quality management in the development process of new products can effectively solve complicated problems in projects and reduce the product defect rates.
