摘要
设计了一种0~500mA范围输出的增强型电流源驱动电路,重点阐述了数模转换子电路和电流源子电路设计过程。通过数模转换子电路将微控制器的数字信号转换为电流模拟信号,并通过电压摆幅控制转换为模拟电压信号,基于电流运算放大器OPA547芯片提高电流源电路精度与输出范围,进而控制整个驱动电流源电路以产生精确的电流输出。研究了电路测试的过程和结果,验证电路的有效性与可用性。
This article presents the design of an enhanced current source driver circuit capable of outputting a range of 0 to 500 mA,and emphasizes the design processes of the analog-to-digital conversion subcircuit and the current source subcircuit.The designed circuit converts the digital signal from the microcontroller into a current analog signal through the analog-to-digital conversion subcircuit,and further converts it into an analog voltage signal through voltage swing control.By utilizing the current operational amplifier OPA547 chip,the precision and output range of the current source circuit are improved,enabling precise control of the entire driver current source circuit to generate accurate current output.Finally,this article describes the process and results of circuit testing,verifying the effectiveness and usability of the designed circuit.
