摘要
在邻近建成投产多年的构皮滩水电站并紧邻第三级垂直升船机、下游乌江大桥的条件下,进行下游引航道开挖及河道整治疏浚工程施工,作业环境和施工条件受到较大的限制。由于下游引航道右岸地形陡峻,不具备从外部修筑施工道路直达作业面的条件,同时受水电站机组发电影响,昼夜水位变化频繁。针对以上复杂条件下的下游引航道施工开展了关键技术研究,采取浮船渡江施工、优化调整围堰型式、近距离控制爆破等关键技术,保证了下游引航道开挖及河道疏浚工作安全、快速完成。
Under the conditions of being adjacent to the Guopitan Hydropower Station,which has been built and in operation for many years,and close to the third-level vertical ship lift and the downstream Wujiang Bridge,the excavation of the downstream navigation channel and river regulation dredging works face significant environmental and construction constraints.The right bank of the downstream navigation channel has steep terrain,making it impossible to construct direct access roads from the outside to the worksite.Additionally,the water level fluctuates frequently day and night due to the power generation activities of the hydropower station units.In response to these complex conditions,key technologies for downstream navigation channel construction have been researched.Key techniques such as ferrying across the river with floating boats,optimizing and adjusting cofferdam types,and close-range controlled blasting have been adopted to ensure the safe and rapid completion of the downstream navigation channel excavation and river dredging work.
