“金课”视域下农产品安全生产课程建设的改革与探索

Reform and Exploration on the Construction of“Safety and Production of Agricultural Products”Course from the Perspective of“Gold Course”

建设具有高阶性、创新性、挑战度的中国大学“金课”是当前高等教育的目标愿景,也是高校实施质量工程、培养高水平人才的重要抓手。在深刻理解“金课”内涵与要求的基础上,分析了农产品安全生产课程建设中存在的问题,厘清了课程建设思路,提出了创新课程目标、开发整合课程资源、动态更新教学内容、创新教学方式、强化课程思政建设、革新考核方式等“金课”建设措施,旨在培养适应新产业、新业态要求的农村本土创新型、应用型人才,为乡村振兴和农业现代化提供人才支撑。

It is the goal and vision of the current higher education to build the China universities“gold course”with high⁃order,innovation and challenge.It is also an important step for universities to implement quality projects and train high⁃level talents.On the basis of deep under⁃standing of the connotation and requirements of“gold course”,we analyzed the existing problems in the construction of“safe production of ag⁃ricultural products”course,clarified the thinking of curriculum construction,and put forward some measures for the construction of“gold course”,such as innovating curriculum objectives,developing and integrating curriculum resources,dynamically updating teaching contents,innovating teaching methods,strengthening curriculum ideological and political construction,and innovating assessment methods,so as to cul⁃tivate rural native innovative and applied talents who adapt to the requirements of new industries and new business forms,and provide talent supports for rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.
