摘要
利用盐酸多巴胺(DA)氧化自聚合成聚多巴胺纳米粒(PDA NPs),再其表面连接二氢卟吩e6(Ce6)制备载Ce6的聚多巴胺纳米粒(PDA-Ce6 NPs),并对形态、粒径、电位、紫外吸收光谱、体外稳定性、光热性能等表征评价。结果表明制备的PDA-Ce6 NPs电镜下为完整球形,分散性良好;粒径为115.7 nm,多聚分散指数(polymeric dispersion index,PDI)为0.091,电位为-45.56 mV;体外稳定性较好;在808 nm近红外光照射下升温情况较好,有良好的光热性能及光热稳定性。该制备工艺简单,质量可控,具有良好的体外稳定性和光热转换性能,为抗肿瘤纳米载体的设计提供参考。
Polydopamine nanoparticles(PDA NPs) were synthesized by oxidation and self-polymerization of dopamine hydrochloride(DA),and then connected with chlorin e6(Ce6) to prepare Ce6-loaded polydopamine nanoparticles(PDA-Ce6 NPs).The morphology,particle size,zeta potential,UV absorption spectrum,stability in vitro and photothermal property were evaluated.The developed PDA-Ce6 NPs were spherical with good dispersion under transmission electron microscopy.The particle size was 115.7 nm,polymeric dispersion index(PDI) was 0.091 with zeta potential of-45.56 mV.It showed good stability and photothermal performance in vitro.PDA-Ce6 NPs was prepared facilely with controllable quality,and exhibited excellent stability and photothermal property in vitro,which provided reference for the design of anti-tumor nanocarrier.
