含氟废水处理工艺的改进

摘要 随着电子芯片产业的快速发展,生产过程中产生的过量氟离子不仅危害生态环境,还会对人体造成重大伤害。针对芯片行业产生的含氟废水,传统方法采用絮凝沉淀的工艺对该生产废水进行处置。而传统混凝沉淀工艺因药剂用量大,处置污泥量大的缺点,为解决单一方法的局限性,将吸附剂和混凝沉淀工艺结合,来弥补单一废水处理工艺的缺点。通过絮凝沉淀将去除氟废水中的大部分F^(-),再利用低浓度吸附的方法,选取新型吸附剂使废水中F^(-)浓度达到安全排放的标准。 With the rapid development of the electronic chip industry,the excess fluoride ions generated in the production process not only harm the ecological environment,but also cause major harm to the human body.For fluorine-containing wastewater generated by the chip industry,the traditional method uses a flocculation and precipitation process to dispose of the production wastewater.However,the traditional coagulation and precipitation process has the shortcomings of large dosage of chemicals and large amount of sludge.In order to solve the limitations of a single method,the adsorbent and coagulation precipitation process were combined to make up for the shortcomings of a single wastewater treatment process.Most of the F~- in fluorine wastewater would be removed by flocculation and precipitation,and then the method of low-concentration adsorption was used to select a new adsorbent to make the F~- concentration in wastewater reach the standard of safe discharge.
