摘要
以防己为原料,防己标准汤剂结果为参考,在单因素考察的基础上,以出膏率、防己诺林碱和粉防己碱的单位总含量为指标,设计正交试验优选出防己配方颗粒最佳提取工艺,优选出浓缩及干燥工艺。正交试验各因素对防己水提工艺的影响大小为次数>时间>加水量,筛选出的水提工艺为冷浸30 min,加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h;优选的浓缩、干燥工艺为80℃减压浓缩、喷雾干燥。该工艺方法稳定、重现性好,可为规范和标准化防己配方颗粒生产提供一定的参考依据。
On the basis of single factor investigation,the extraction rate,the total content of Stephania tetrandra S.Moore's fangchinoline and tetrandrine as indexes,and the orthogonal test was designed to optimize the best extraction process of Stephania tetrandra S.Moore formula granules,and the concentration and drying process were optimized.The influence of various factors on the water extraction process of Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae was times>time>water addition.The selected water extraction process was cold soaking for 30 min,adding 8 times the amount of water,boiling for 3 times,1.5 h each time.The preferred concentration and drying process was 80 ℃ vacuum concentration and spray drying.The process method is stable and reproducible,which can provide a certain reference for standardizing and standardizing the production of Stephania tetrandra S.Moore formula granules.
