摘要
以氟化钾为催化剂,固相法研究α,α-二氰基烯烃化合物和N-苄基马来酰亚胺的Michael加成反应,高收率合成产物;把相关领域的理论知识、实验操作技能和社会关注热点结合起来,形成“教研融合”的教学和实验方案;在实验中引入适合学生的新颖反应和操作单元,对产物进行核磁共振法和X-射线衍射法表征,增强了教学内容的前瞻性和新颖性,增加了学生对有机化学课程学习的愿望和兴趣。
Using KF as catalysts,the Michael addition reaction of N-benzyl maleimide and α,α-dicyanoalkylidene was developed under solvent-free condition,the product could be obtained in good yield and high purity.Meanwhile,by the integration of theoretical knowledge,experimental operation skills,and relevant social hot spots in relevant fields,a teaching and experimental plan of “Integration of Science and Education” was formed.Novel reaction and chemistry experiment operating skills suitable for students were introduced in the Michael addition reaction,the product was confirmed by ~1HMNR,~(13)HMNR,HPLC and X-ray diffraction.In this case,the foresight and novelty of the teaching content were enhanced significantly,which was helpful to increase students' desire and interest in learning organic chemistry.
