心理健康素养对高职生手机依赖的影响:一个有调节的中介模型

摘要 目的:以高职院校学生为研究对象,探讨高职生心理健康素养对手机依赖的影响,以及负性情绪和特质正念在其中的作用机制。方法:采用心理健康素养问卷、手机依赖指数(MPAI)中文版、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表中文版(DASS-21)以及正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)对4993名高职生进行测查。结果:(1)心理健康素养与手机依赖、负性情绪显著负相关,与特质正念显著正相关;负性情绪与手机依赖显著正相关,特质正念与负性情绪、手机依赖显著负相关。(2)负性情绪在心理健康素养与手机依赖间起完全中介作用,特质正念对负性情绪与手机依赖关系的调节作用显著,高水平正念者负性情绪对手机依赖的作用更大。结论:高职生的心理健康素养通过负性情绪影响手机依赖,特质正念在负性情绪对手机依赖的影响路径中起调节作用。 Objective:To explore the influence of mental health literacy on mobile phone addiction in vocational college students,and the mediating role of psychological distress and the moderating role of dispositional mindfulness.Methods:A total of 4993 vocational college students were tested with the mental health literacy scale(MHLS),mobile phone addiction index(MPAI),Chinese versions of depression anxiety and stress scale(DASS-21)and mindful attention awareness scale(MAAS).Results:Firstly,there were significantly negative relationship between mental health literacy and mobile phone addiction,psychological distress,but significantly positive relationship with dispositional mindfulness.In addition,psychological distress was significantly positively correlated with mobile phone addiction.There were significantly negative relationship between dispositional mindfulness and psychological distress as well as mobile phone addiction.Secondly,Psychological distress played a total mediating role in mental health literacy and mobile phone addiction.whereas,dispositional mindfulness played significant moderating role in psychological distress on mobile phone addiction.The effect of psychological distress on mobile phone addiction was alleviated for individuals with lower level of mindfulness compared with those with higher level of mindfulness.Conclusion:Mental health literacy affects mobile phone addiction through psychological distress,and dispositional mindfulness has moderating impact of psychological distress on mobile phone addiction.
